Il nostro preferito è il Ribeye con una marezzatura di grasso stupenda e piacevole al palato dovuta ad un'alimentazione perfettamente equilibrata (ultimi 100 gg solo mais), nel filetto, quindi magrissimo, talmente tenero da non avere rivali e per i più esigenti lo Chateauxbriand che vi sarà tagliato al tavolo, accompagnato da una bernese fatta al momento.
